Good evening everyone! Welcome to the next to last #MembershipMonday of the semester!

Tonight we're going to talk about time management. Time management is important because it allows the balance we need to juggle all the various things going on in our lives. How can we go about managing things effectively so we don't find ourselves wondering if we have enough time do everything, not to mention sleep and eat while we're at it? Here are a couple of suggestions we'd like to bring your way before finals take over:

1. Make and stick with a schedule. Routine helps provide balance and allows you to map out how to best spend your time. Include sleep and food because those are necessary to live. :)

2. Don't take on more than you can handle. Time management requires finding balance in everything and being able to say no when something will require more of your time than you can allot. Going back to point one, sleep and food are necessary.and if doing anything will cause you to sacrifice one or the other, it might not be a good idea.

3. Organize yourself. There are so many different ways to do so! If you're old school, invest in a good weekly or monthly paper planner. If apps are more your jam, then check out Google Calendar (or iCalendar for you iPhone users) or Trello. Both allow for finding ways to keep events and projects in a combined space.

These are just a few things you can do to keep your time managed properly.
