Good evening brothers! Welcome to #MembershipMonday!

Tonight, in our final installment for the Spring 2018 semester, we're going to focus on those brothers who are leaving for the working world: our graduating seniors. To you, the Class of 2018:

First and foremost, thank you for your service in your chapters. Whether you've been part of our family for one semester or many more, you've helped your chapter make an impact on your campus and in your community through the work you've done. Keep giving back however you can.

Next, thank you for your fellowship. Friends made in APO are your friends for life regardless of where your life's journey takes you. Your friendships helped set the example for what it truly means to be a part of the APO family. Continue to nurture them in the years to come.

Third, thank you for your leadership. A chapter's true strength is in its leaders and their willingness to take on the responsibilities being in a chapter entails. You've been a role model for those around you. Your chapter is stronger because of your dedication and hard work. Take the lessons you've learned along the way and apply them as you continue your leadership journey.

We also want you to keep in mind this advice from squad member Torri: "many people will have ideas and expectations and advice about where should you work and what you should apply for. While well intentioned it can often be overwhelming. Don’t let those voices get to you, do what is best for you and you’re journey to success. If you’re happy with the road you’re taking, even if it isn’t necessarily where you want to stay for the long term, then just keep on doing what you’re doing, regardless of what anyone else has to say."

Finally, remember that your journey as a brother does not end the moment you cross that stage. APO is for life. We look to you as alumni to help continue making APO better, stronger, and more meaningful for the next generation. To that end, we pass you on to our alumni coordinators Liz and Richard, and encourage you to reach out to them and your respective section chair, so that you can remain connected to APO.

And always, always be excellent to yourselves and each other!

Congratulations, we are proud of you! Good luck to you and with leadership, friendship, and service, may we always be! Grin
