Directions to Camp Resolute:

From Eastern New Hampshire and Maine:

Take your best route to Rt. I-95.  Follow Rt. I-95 south through New Hampshire to Rt. I‑495 in MA. Follow Rt. I-495 south to Exit 27 ‑ Rt. 117, Bolton/Stow. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and go under the highway (Rt. 117 East towards Stow). Go ~0.25 mi, turn right onto Route 85.  Go ~0.5 mi on Route 85.  The main entrance to the camp is the first road on the right. There is a sign saying "Boy Scouts of America Camp Resolute".   However, don't turn here!  The entrance to the Cub camp where we will be staying is the 4th driveway on the right PAST the main entrance.  Turn right and follow the signs to the Cub Camp.

From Vermont and Central New Hampshire:

Take your best route to Concord, N.H. (I-89 from Vermont, I-93 from Central N.H.)  Take I-93 south into MA. South of Lawrence, Rt. I-495 crosses Rt. I-93.  Take Rt. I-495 (Exit 44) South heading toward Lowell and Worcester.  Follow Rt. I-495 to south to Exit 27 ‑ Rt. 117, Bolton/Stow. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and go under the highway (Rt. 117 East towards Stow). Go ~0.25 mi, turn right onto Route 85.  Go ~0.5 mi on Route 85. From Hartford (central Connecticut area):

From Hartford, follow Rt. I-84 North into Massachusetts.  Rt. I-84 ends at Rt. I‑90 (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take Rt. I‑90 east (towards Boston) to Rt. I‑495 north, Exit 11A. Take Rt. I‑495 to Exit 27 ‑ Rt. 117, Bolton/Stow.  At the end of the exit ramp turn left and take Rt. 117 East towards Stow. Go ~0.25 mi, turn right onto Route 85.  Go ~0.5 mi on Route 85. The main entrance to the camp is the first road on the right. From NYC and Long Island:

The goal is to reach Hartford, CT.  There are numerous ways to get out of NYC to Hartford.  Please choose the route you are most comfortable with.  I suggest the following route: Get on the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Follow HRP to Rt. I-684.  Take Rt. I-684 north Rt. I-84.  Take Rt. I-84 east towards Danbury, CT.  Stay on Rt. I-84 through Danbury, Waterbury and Hartford.  Follow direction from Hartford, CT.

From New Jersey:

Depending on the time and place of departure, there are numerous ways to head out of New Jersey.  The goal is to reach Hartford, CT.  There are numerous ways to get around NYC to get to Hartford.  Please choose the route you are most comfortable with.  I suggest the following route:  Take Rt. I-287 or the Garden State Parkway to the New York State Thruway, Rt. I-87 & I-287.  Take the Thruway towards the Tappan Zee Bridge.  Cross the Bridge ($3.00 toll).  After the tollbooths, I-87 and I-287 split (stay right).  Take Rt. I-287 East, the Cross-Westchester Expressway.  Follow Rt. I-287 to Rt. I-684.  Take Rt. I-684 north Rt. I-84.  Take Rt. I-84 east towards Danbury, CT.  Stay on Rt. I-84 through Danbury, Waterbury and Hartford.  Follow direction from Hartford, CT.
