National Service Week Reports are Due NOVEMBER 15th!

How to Report: If you do complete a project, please be sure to complete the online reporting form    If you do not complete a project, fill out the no project form.  Remember that Reports for National Service Week and Spring Youth Service Day MUST be sent to the national office in order for your chapter to be in good standing. The same forms are used for all service project reporting.

If you take photos at your project, remember to submit them with a statement saying that they are from your NSW project.  Give your chapter name and school with a brief description of the photos and project so the correct photos get associated with the correct project.

If your NSW project will be AFTER November 15th,  fill out a ‘no-project’ report form saying that you plan to do something for the theme in the future (giving a date if possible).  When you have completed the project, fill out a regular project report form and say that you got the idea from the NSW Theme.
