Calling all 2004 APO National Convention Attendees!

My name is Carolyn Houser and I’m chair for the Hosting and Information
Committee. The committee has been searching for the best deals for a ski
package and we’ve chosen Loveland Ski Resort. It’s small enough so that
everyone will see each other on the hills and large enough to have
something for everyone, and the prices are the best we have been able to
find. We have arranged for round-trip transportation to the ski area and
for a group discount on lift tickets and equipment rentals on December
31st, the day after the convention.

I am writing this email to get an idea of how many buses to reserve and
how many people will be taking ski lessons so the resort can be prepared
with enough instructors. The resort would like to know two weeks before
the convention how many lesson packages to expect, and we need to reserve
buses soon so that we are sure to have enough. Therefore, I am asking
that you take a look at the pricing below and respond by December 10th if
you are interested. A response will not be considered an absolute
committment, but please respond only if you are firmly considering going
so that we are not paying for additional buses that we don't need. If
you plan to go on the trip, reply to this email with the subject line of
“Yes Ski Trip” to carolyn.houser at denver2004.org[1][1]. If you plan to
take lessons, please use the subject line of “Yes Ski Trip and Lessons.”
If you do not plan to go, you do not need to respond. Please include any
questions you have in a separate email with a diff
erent subject line as I will only look at the subject line for these
 emails.

The sign-up for the trip will be on the 27th only at conference
registration. Pay for your lift ticket(s) and/or lesson(s) when you sign
up. Late payments will not be accepted. This is going to be incredibly
fun and I highly recommend the wonderful Colorado skiing experience to
everyone. See you all at Convention! It’s going to be fantastic!!!!!
