Brothers-

The Leadership Development revolution known as APO LEADS has been very 
exciting on many fronts! The numbers of brothers trained and courses offered have 
been staggering. This fall looks like it may again be a record breaking semester.

As we begin the month of September, I would like to challenge each of you to 
reflect on your APO LEADS experience.  Whether you have taken one course in 
the series or several of them, your input is needed to advance the development 
of this program.  We would like to incorporate your feedback in the revisions 
process.  This will include a focus on your commitment to bringing the skills 
learned from APO LEADS to your chapters.  There is an old proverb that states, 
"the skills you don't use are the same ones you lose."  As such, your 
participation in the feedback process will not only assist future APO LEADS attendees, 
but also aide in your own leadership development.

We would like to extend to you a unique opportunity to share your personal 
APO LEADS experiences with the National Leadership Development committee and 
other participants. The National LD committee has provided a special forum where 
you can share your experiences in incorporating skills learned from APO LEADS 
into your chapter brotherhood and in to your personal life. Take a moment to
