I have one large bedroom to rent in a very oversize 3 bedroom apartment
in Watertown. The room has a large closet with shelving, 3 windows, and
is very good size. The rest of the apartment is on 2 floors: oversize
living room, kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, office, and 3 season
porch/guest room, bathroom and one other bedroom on main floor. Top floor
is just the third bedroom. Storage and w/d hookups in basement. Quiet
neighborhood in watertown but easy access to all major bus routes:
71/70/59/57/502/504/52- all just a 10-15 minute walk away. Offstreet
parking and a garage.
I will be the only roomate staying in the apartment after June 1. The
room available now is for May 1 and then the other will become available
for June. I am a very easygoing person. Work in the city and not home
that much. I am a fairly neat person but not extreme. Like to be sociable
with the people that I live with but still have my own life and private
time. It's a huge space and have been living with a total of 4 people no
problems at all
