[APOR1-L] Skiing Fellowship Interest

Greetings Brothers,

I am in the process of planning a ski trip to White Face Mountain in Lake Placid, NY for the Delta Rho Alumni Association and figured this should be opened up to all alums. I like the package listed below, but that is not based on a group discount. If I know how many people to expect, we can all get a much better rate! Since White Face is approximately 4 1/2 hours north of New York City, I'm looking into getting a chartered bus -- that would only be affordable if we can sell every seat on the bus out. Since we are located in southern new jersey and will be heading north, perhaps we could have a few bus stops along the way for you to jump on the bus!

If you are interested in going please cast one vote for each person in your party (including you) on the Delta Rho Alumni Association website. In the near future, we will require a $50 security deposit per person through our web-store, but for now - please let just let me know you are interested so I can negotiate a group deal.

Tentative details are based on the below package (not adjusted for a group rate):

When: Sunday, February 3rd - Thursday, February 7th. There will be no skiing on Sunday, but can see all the other attractions. Skiing will be Mon, Feb 4 - Wed, Feb 6. Everyone would be responsible for renting their own equipment at the mountain. There is a free shuttle service that goes from location to location, so there would be no taxi or car rental needed with the chartered bus option.

Estimated cost (not adjusted for group rate or bus):  including 3-day equipment rental and food: $400. If you own your own equipment: $300.
