[APOR1-L] More convention updates:regionals

Howdy All

Today's convention update:  REGIONALS

Regionals will be hosted this time around by both regions in the
Allentown/Lafayette PA area.

Neither Spreee or myself had a chapter interested in bidding for the whole
thing, but we did each have chapters interested in taking on different
responsiblities, so we asked the students to allow us to turn this into a
joint conference in every sense of the word.

There will be a concrete written out plan on how this will all be
approached sent to chapters by 2/15
